DALLAS, TEXAS (10 September 2026) – The International Flight Services Association (IFSA) announced its 2026–2027 Board of Directors today during its Annual Business Meeting at IFSA Global EXPO, welcoming five newly elected and re-elected industry leaders to guide the association’s priorities and advance the global inflight services industry.
The incoming Board members include:
- SJ Barton, Head of Commercial, HACO
- Stephanie Laster, Managing Director, Onboard Experience, Delta Air Lines
- Jonjie Lockman, CEO, Intervine
- Sheri Whiteley, Senior Manager of Inflight Dining & Service, American Airlines
- Andrew Yiu, Vice President, In-Flight Service and Air Canada Rouge, Air Canada
The leadership transition also includes changes to IFSA’s executive officer positions. Matrix de Vries of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will serve as President, with Paul Mills of IAG advancing to Vice President, Jeremy Parsons of AMI Group moving to Treasurer and Tim Zandbergen of ANA Catering assuming the role of Secretary. Jon Harwood of dnata will serve as President Emeritus, continuing to support the association through his industry experience and leadership.

The Annual Business Meeting also marked the conclusion of Board service for Mike Henny of Wheels Up and Dulce Martin of Adulce Group LLC. IFSA thanked both leaders for their contributions, leadership and commitment to advancing the association and inflight services industry.
The new Board will help shape IFSA’s priorities for the coming year, supporting initiatives that strengthen industry collaboration, advance onboard service standards and address emerging opportunities across the passenger experience.
