IFSA is the global association serving the inflight services industry. The association connects airlines, caterers, suppliers, rail operators and other industry stakeholders through events, advocacy, education, networking and industry recognition programs.

IFSA membership is available to airlines, caterers, suppliers and rail operators involved in the onboard passenger experience and inflight services industry. Memberships are organizational memberships designed for companies and organizations rather than individuals.

IFSA membership provides access to valuable industry connections, educational resources, advocacy initiatives, events, committee participation, recognition programs, advertising opportunities and a comprehensive member directory designed to help organizations stay informed, engaged and competitive.

IFSA works with industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies to influence policies, regulations and standards that impact the inflight services sector while keeping members informed about important developments affecting their businesses.

Yes. Members can join committees and working groups that help guide IFSA programs, resources, advocacy efforts and other initiatives that support the industry.

Members have access to IFSA educational programs, networking events, industry gatherings and awards programs that recognize innovation, excellence and leadership across the inflight services community.

The IFSA Foundation supports the future of the industry through scholarship programs and related initiatives. Eligible members and their families may apply for scholarship opportunities, and organizations and individuals can support the Foundation through charitable contributions.

IFSA offers one-year, two-year and three-year membership options. Airline and rail operator memberships are complimentary. Caterer and supplier memberships are $995 for one year, $1,940 for two years and $2,885 for three years. Multi-year memberships lock in current membership rates for the duration of the selected term.

Membership becomes active once the application and payment process have been completed. Renewal information is provided prior to membership expiration, and organizations may renew for one, two or three years.
