Angie has been a part of IFSA for almost 25 years and has served on the BOD, Planning Committee, and various other committees for most of that time. I am looking forward to serving on the Board of Directors to continue to help drive a successful show and educational sessions for all members.


Dulce Martin

Dulce is seeking re-election to the IFSA Board of Directors. She has been an active member serving on the Planning Committee with increased involvement as Committee Co-Chair, Committee Chair, multiple subcommittees (Trade Show, Networking, and Innovation Pavilion) and most recently, entrusted to serve as Board Liaison upon her election to the Board by the membership. Her service played a vital role in 2021 to the association’s effort to manage through the most challenging period in aviation history and enable IFSA to continue to serve the needs of the airline, caterer, rail, and supplier members. She has a proven track record of commitment and trust to the continued support, growth, and advancement of the organization to support the membership and strengthen the industry. If honored to be elected for a second term, two of her goals are to assist in providing a return on investment to members while increasing opportunities for networking.

She has held roles in revenue accounting and food services at Continental Airlines (customer), business development- national chains at Unilever (manufacturer) and as founder of Adulce Group (F&B broker owner). She has firsthand in-depth understanding of the supplier and client perspectives along with an overall mastery of the food industry.

Dulce earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution with a minor in procurement and an MBA at the University of Houston. She is fluent in Spanish. Dulce has been married 23 years and is a proud mom of two sons.


Jeremy Parsons

Jeremy Parsons is the newly appointed CEO of AMI Inflight and AMI Wines LLC, both under the umbrella of AMI Group.  Since joining AMI in 2016, Jeremy has consistently showcased his vast experience in management, sales, and logistics.  Before appointment of CEO, he was the Vice President of Commercial Airlines at AMI, where he was instrumental in guiding the company through its recovery and growth post the Covid-19 pandemic.  He takes over from Denise Poole, who continues her association with AMI Group as a board member and partner.

Before his time at AMI, he served as the Director of Sales and Service at Pourshins/Supplair and as the General Manager of Supplair U.S.  Jeremy’s leadership and visionary approach have been pivotal in addressing the challenges of the dynamic travel industry.  A graduate of West Virginia University, Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.   He often remarks, “The only constant in our industry is change.”  Jeremy looks forward to his association with IFSA and is committed to bringing his expertise as a member of the Board of Directors.

SJ was raised in Keller TX, attended Oklahoma State University with a major in Entrepreneurship where I started and operated a Nonprofit coffee cart (OSbrU), and have actively been involved in the airline food and beverage business since 2017. As a dynamic, high energy professional, I am a self-proclaimed foodie that enjoys full participation in all things’ food and beverage.

My professional journey has provided me the opportunity to expand my areas of responsibility that currently include the design, development, and operational implementation of innovative on-board concepts across all temperature ranges for global customers in the airline and rail sectors. As an account commercial director at HACO, I have oversight of multiple customer relationships that include P&L responsibility. My desire to understand customers’ needs provides me a foundation to excel at preparing, executing, and delivering compelling product concepts that consistently offer innovative approaches for customer solutions.

I am the current Co-Chair of the Transformative Innovation and Engagement Committee. Our work strives to play a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge innovations and fostering engagement within Association membership. I also serve on the IFSA planning committee which allows me to contribute valuable insights and strategic direction to shape the future of our association, a goal I am fully committed to. I am dedicated to making a significant impact on the airline and rail industry, elevating both the customer experience and our company’s reputation. I am excited about the future and the opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to succeed in this ever-evolving industry.
