United adds caviar service to upgraded Polaris cabins – Onboard Hospitality Magazine

[Onboard Hospitality Magazine]: United Airlines is introducing a new Ossetra caviar amuse-bouche service and other inflight service enhancements as part of its upgraded Business class cabins on its Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
United’s ‘Elevated’ interior will have eight new United Polaris Studio suites positioned in the first row of each Business class cabin with lie-flat, all-aisle-access seats 25% larger than standard United Polaris, with privacy doors, an extra ottoman seat for companions and 27-inch, 4K OLED seatback screens.
Passengers in the Studio suites will be served a new amuse-bouche of Ossetra caviar paired with Champagne Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé.
Studio customers will also get a post-dessert, curated specialty snack box delivered to their seat with a mix of premium salty, sweet and savoury treats, plus access to exclusive entrée options.
United Polaris Studio amenities are also being upgraded and will include exclusive hoodie-pyjamas and slippers on all flights, new noise-cancelling headphones powered by Meridian technology, and amenity kits featuring clinically formulated Perricone MD Cold Plasma Plus+ luxury skincare products.
Passengers will also be given United-branded playing cards, a plush velvet throw pillow on the ottoman as well as Saks Fifth Avenue bedding that includes a duvet, day blanket, large pillow and cooling gel pillow.
Meanwhile, United’s standard United Polaris suites are being upgraded with the addition of sliding doors and larger, 19-inch 4K OLED screens.
Passengers in all Business class suites will have access to a new, onboard grab-and-go snack bar with treats from brands like Garretts, Community, and Joe & Seph’s.
