[Business Traveller]: Singapore Airlines is enhancing its in-flight experience for premium passengers with the launch of revamped Indian menus – Shahi Thali and Ruchi Thali – available from May 1, 2025. Tailored to meet the preferences of Indian travellers, the menus are designed in collaboration with the airline’s culinary panel and reflect a commitment to authentic regional flavours and world-class service.
The Shahi Thali, inspired by royal Mughal feasts, will be offered exclusively in Suites and First Class on flights from India to Singapore. Featuring rich curries, kebabs, biryanis, and traditional desserts, it offers passengers a luxurious, multi-course dining experience at 35,000 feet.
Business Class travellers can enjoy the Ruchi Thali, available on all flights between India and Singapore. This thali balances traditional dishes with modern flair, offering a variety of regional favourites like aromatic dals, spiced vegetables, and fragrant rice, appealing to a broad range of tastes.
