IFSA Welcomes 2025-2026 Board Leadership

WASHINGTON, D.C. (12 September 2025) – The International Flight Services Association (IFSA) has announced its 2025-26 Board of Directors during the Annual Business Meeting (ABM) at the IFSA Global EXPO in Long Beach, California USA. As a leading global association, IFSA continues to champion the business interests of the global onboard services industry.

“We are proud to welcome our newly elected Board members, who are ready to guide IFSA into its next chapter and navigate through the evolving landscape,” said IFSA Executive Director, Lauren Costello. “IFSA is well-positioned to provide strategic direction, present tangible value, and embrace new opportunities for members and the industry. Together, we will continue to strengthen our community and push the future of onboard services forward.”

Newly elected members to the 2025-2026 IFSA Board include Justin Koen, Air New Zealand and Nicky Slater, ITW Envopak. Diana Czapalay, gategroup‎ and Tim Zandbergen, ANA Catering‎ were re-elected to the Board. Updates to the IFSA Executive Committee include: Jon Harwood, dnata stepping in as President; Matrix de Vries, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as Vice President; Jeremy Parsons serving as Secretary; Paul Mills, Virgin Atlantic Airways assuming the role as Treasurer; and Mike Henny, Wheels Up as President Emeritus. After several years of service, dedication, and commitment, Jim Ball and Kimberly Guanci rotated off of the IFSA Board.
