IFSA Elects New 2024-25 Board of Directors

LONG BEACH, CA (31 October 2024) – The International Flight Services Association (IFSA) has unveiled its new 2024-25 Board. The announcement was made during their Annual Business Meeting (ABM) that took place during the IFSA Global EXPO in Long Beach, California USA. As a leading global association, IFSA’s mission is to lead, develop and represent the global business interests of the onboard services industry.
“I am deeply honored and excited to welcome the new IFSA Board members, whose diverse backgrounds and expertise will be invaluable and instrumental to our association,” said Lauren Costello, IFSA Executive Director. “As we continue to advocate for the global onboard services industry, the leadership of the IFSA Board will be pivotal in navigating emerging challenges, driving innovations, and advancing initiatives that enhance the passenger experience and support our members’ global business interests.”
Newly elected members to the 2024-2025 IFSA Board include Tone Cresswell, LSG Sky Chefs and Mike Fishburn, flydubai. Vanessa Lindstrom, United Airlines was re-elected to the IFSA Board. The following changes were made to the IFSA Executive Committee: Mike Henny, Delta Airlines as President; Jon Harwood, dnata as Vice President; Matrix de Vries, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will serve as Secretary, and Kimberly Guanci will serve as President Emeritus. Jim Ball, Flying Food Group returns as Treasurer. will now serve as IFSA President; Jon will now serve as Vice President.
