Angie has served on the IFSA Board for several years in the past and then was a part of the planning committee for several years. Her goal has always been to make sure the organization is run efficiently to maximize benefits for suppliers, caterers, and airlines while keeping costs as low as possible. She looks forward to serving on the IFSA Board again.

Nick has had the great privilege of serving in a variety of leadership positions throughout his fifteen-year long career with US Airways and American Airlines. From Loyalty, Flight Service, and Global Marketing to Product Development (Lounges, Inflight Entertainment, Aircraft Interiors & Connectivity), he has had the opportunity to learn about and contribute to this ever-evolving industry. Now in a new leadership role at FORMIA, he leverages those past successes and builds new and stronger relationships with airline customers while bringing fresh perspectives.
As a results-driven, dynamic leader with an extensive product development & strategy background within the airline industry—complimented by a new position on the supplier side—Nick is uniquely qualified and would be honored to serve as a Director for the IFSA Board of Directors. The opportunity to contribute to the future success of the Association and its members energizes him!

Dr Stathis Kefallonitis FRAeS FRSA FCIM is a passenger neuroscientist and considered a world-expert on passenger engagement strategies. Through research, training, presentations, and publications, he helps transform passenger experience. His approach is facilitating a deeper understanding of passenger engagement through an emotionally pleasing experience that creates value. He has a diverse background that ranges from industrial design to brand experience, sensory marketing, and biometric data analysis & interpretation.
He advises air transport regulators, airlines, and onboard hospitality providers. He has worked with: the International Flight Services Association (IFSA), the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Airbus and AMTRAK.
Stathis’s work is cited and featured in books, journals, popular business publications and media including, the USA Today, Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Passenger International (PAX International), IATA publications, Onboard Hospitality, and the Airline Passenger Experience (APEX) magazine.
Stathis is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacture & Commerce (FRSA) & the Royal Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM). He is an elected member of the Forbes Chicago Business Council. He holds a Ph.D. from Cranfield University and postgraduate degrees from Cornell University, University College London (UCL) & University of London. He is a faculty member of the College of Business, Security, and Intelligence at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
