2019 EXPO Innovation Pavilion

Innovation Pavilion

New to the 2019 EXPO floor is the Innovation Pavilion! This dedicated area is intended to provide valuable content and resources about budding trends and pertinent industry topics. This showcase, series of sessions and interactive presentations will focus on pressing and unique issues such as branded menu options, zero waste, mixology and more! 

Dr. Stathis Kefallonitis will open the Innovation Pavilion with a discussion on innovation. Following, some of the industry’s most influential players will discuss strategies, examine the future of air travel, and share insights on how inflight service plays a key role into the passenger experience, as well as how to leverage this information. 

This area will also showcase some of the newest, most innovative products and services. To put your product or service on display, please contact Kristi Johnson at kjohnson@ifsa.aero

Alaska Airlines has been focusing on how their onboard product deliver on the brand attribute of "West Coast Vibe." We’ll look at what food and beverage attributes were identified to support that, and dive into how seasonality became a key component of their plan.

Wine Around the Globe and Global Wine Trends
