IFSA and APEX are teaming up again to produce the popular Higher Hospitality trend booklets and you are invited to contribute.
The April/May 2019 edition will focus on all things plant-based!
· What does the trend toward plant-based living mean for airline catering?
· How are catering managers responding to the changing food and beverage landscape in their menus?
· How does introducing new kinds of food onboard affect the packaging, labeling, transport, storage and preparation of food and beverage for suppliers and airlines alike?
We will be taking a deep-dive into this mass-shift by consumers toward a more sustainable, ethical lifestyle fueled by the availability of new plant-based products and materials, and see how it is manifesting itself onboard and in the supply-chain.
