IFSA Staff Roles and ResponsibilitiesPam Chumley, Executive Administrator
Ms. Chumley guides the overall progress of the association, under the purview of the Board of Directors, in all areas including administration, finances, strategic planning, membership recruitment and retention, meeting management and public relations. She works closely with the Executive Director and the overall team to ensure client needs are met and association interests are protected and championed. She also serves to guide the overall mission of the IFSA Foundation.

Kristi Johnson, Program/ Expo Manager
Ms. Johnson works closely with the Executive Director and facilitates many of the administrative functions of the Association as well as the activities of the IFSA Ideation Committee, Sponsorship Committee, and the Annual Meeting. She maintains benefits with current IFSA sponsors and partners as well as reaching out to new prospects. In conjunction with the IFSA Communications Manager, Ms. Johnson maintains the website, conference updates, surveys, and more. She is also responsible for exhibitor sales and contracts for the annual IFSA Expo. She is the key contact for all exhibitors, providing the exhibition kit information and any additional assistance. At Expo, Ms. Johnson manages any issues on the Expo floor and works closely with the Meeting Manager to ensure a successful event.
